Composition:

NOVA earcuff features 925 silver, also known as sterling silver. The piece was entirely and meticulously hand-crafted in my small workshop in Frankfurt.

Handcrafted jewelry may exhibit subtle irregularities, which lend a unique charm and character to each piece. 

Care Advice

Our jewelry is free from allergenic metals. To preserve their beauty, avoid contact with perfumes, chemicals, water, and sports activities. Make sure to store them in a dry place and clean with a soft cloth to keep them radiant.

Order Processing & Delivery

  • Timeframe: All our jewelry is handcrafted in our workshop in Frankfurt. We create your jewelry on demand to prevent overproduction, so please allow approximately 2-5 days for production before shipping. In case of personalization and special requests, please allow approximately 3 weeks for order processing.
  • Cost: The shipping cost is calculated at check-out.

Quality & Maintenance

  • Quality: All Aeternam jewelry is free from lead and nickel, making it hypoallergenic.
  • Care Advise: For gold-plated jewelry, the best way to maintain its appearance is to remove it before cleaning, doing DIY work, exercising, swimming, showering, or sleeping. Please note that over time, hand sanitizer, water, perfume, and friction can damage gold-plated jewelry. Therefore, it's important to take care of it and cherish it.
  • Storage: When you're not wearing it, the best way to protect it is to store it in a dry place after wiping it with a soft cloth included in your order.

Exchange & Return

  • Exchange & Return Instructions: Please kindly note that Aeternam provides a repair service. For any return or exchange requests, please reach out directly to contact@aeternamjewelry.com. In the event that the product doesn't fit you, it can be returned within 14 days, provided it is in its original packaging and has not been worn.

Packaging

  • Packaging & Gifting: Your jewelry will be shipped in an FSC® certified and eco-friendly box. We may group certain pieces of jewelry in the same box for packaging purposes. However, if the jewelry is intended as gifts or if you prefer separate packaging for each item ordered, please don't hesitate to let us know at the end of your order.
